Return/Exchange Policy

We offer 7 days hassle-free returns & exchanges from the date of delivery. Please allow an additional 5-7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us. We also provide reverse pick-up services. A reverse shipment fee of Rs 100 will be deducted from the refund per order, regardless of the number of items within that order. This means if your order includes multiple items, only a single Rs 100 deduction will be made for the entire order.

Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment, you will need to send the shipment back to our address. Reverse pick-up is subject to availability in your area.

Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. Refunds will not be provided if the products are returned in poor condition or have been worn.

Allow up to 7 days for the return to be processed and for the amount to reflect in your bank account. Note: Refunds or bank transfers are only applicable for prepaid orders or online payments made on our website.

Reward points or store credits are non-refundable and can only be redeemed in our store.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Cancellations can only be made if the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.

Refunds for Free Product Deals: Items purchased during promotions such as Buy 1 Get 1 Free are not eligible for returns.

Ensure that items are securely packed to prevent damage during transit. Mention the ORDER ID and registered mobile number on the packaging. All items must be unused with original tags and packaging intact. Please avoid using The Professional Couriers as they are unreliable; we recommend using ‘Speed Post’ for returns.

Terms and Conditions:

  • Bank account details provided by the customer are final; any errors are not the responsibility of the brand.
  • Contact us within 24 hours if you receive an SMS or email of order delivered status and have not received the order.
  • The customer must take utmost care of the product(s) while in their possession and return them in the same condition as received.

  • Upon return, we will examine the product and notify you of any refund entitlement via email within 30 working days.
